The Senior Manager of GTM Transformation will lead strategic initiatives and operational execution to enhance ServiceNow's go-to-market strategy, engaging with C-Suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 10–12+ years in management consulting or GTM strategy.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• High sense of ownership and action-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative mindset and leadership ability.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Must be comfortable working West Coast hours.
