Requirements

• 5+ years of operational responsibilities in SAAS Sales Compensation.
• 4+ years of Technical Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

• Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
