Overview

The Senior Manager for Americas Benefits will lead the 401(k) and financial wellbeing strategy while managing benefits design and delivery across multiple countries in the Americas.

Requirements

• Experience with AI integration in work processes.
• 8+ years managing large-scale 401(k) plans.
• Expertise in ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations.
• Experience in international benefits management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and self-directed in managing deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• M&A experience preferred.
