Overview

The Senior Change Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of ServiceNow's Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, leading the change strategy to foster engagement and lasting behavior change.

Requirements

• 8+ years in organizational change management.
• Experience with enterprise OKR programs or similar systems.
• Deep understanding of the OKR framework and best practices.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows is a plus.
• Change management certification preferred.
