SEC Reporting Manager - Remote

In Short

• Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Monitor and implement new accounting pronouncements.
• Act as a trusted business partner to various stakeholders.
• Work with ESG reporting and sustainability teams.
• Support project management for regulatory ESG reporting.
• Initiate process improvements for financial reporting.
• Assist with proxy filings and quality assurance procedures.
• Research and document technical accounting issues.
• Coordinate audit support with external auditors.
• Support special projects and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in SEC reporting and earnings release.
• Strong technical accounting background with US GAAP knowledge.
• General knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting standards.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with 3-4 years in Big Four accounting.
• Proactive problem identification and remediation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Workiva and SAP.
