The Principal Solution Architect, Core Business Workflows is a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflows’ Solutions based on best practices, aiming to accelerate customer business outcomes.

In Short

• Support pre-sales activities and conduct sales presentations.
• Lead engagement project teams focused on customer outcomes.
• Interact with senior leadership to support implementation roadmaps.
• Design solutions using Workflow’s Solutions for customer use cases.
• Establish relationships with product owners and stakeholders.
• Lead presentations and webinars tailored to stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery materials.
• Enable and mentor other delivery team members.
• Up to 50% travel annually based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• 8+ years of consultation and configuration experience.
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow Workflow Solutions.
• Experience with HR, Legal, Workplace, and Finance operations.
• Ability to influence and consult senior leaders.
• Customer-centric mentality and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop professional design documents.
• Experience conducting solution presentations.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• ServiceNow Certifications required within the first 60 days.
