Overview

This role seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of advanced enterprise search capabilities that enhance user experience and support the company's growth ambitions through AI-powered innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software product management, with expertise in search and conversational AI.
• Proven ability to translate emerging technologies into product offerings.
• Track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Exceptional skills in strategic problem-solving and decision-making.
• Expertise in data-driven leadership and defining success metrics.
• Ability to work across ML engineering, UX, and design teams.
• Startup experience is a bonus.
