Overview

As the Manager of Product Design for ITSM at ServiceNow, you will lead a global team of UX designers to create innovative product experiences that meet enterprise needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing design teams.
• 8+ years of experience in UX or Interaction Design.
• Experience with AI integration in design processes.
• Portfolio showcasing design work and approach.
• Strong skills in Enterprise Design, AI/ML, and Analytics.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into design solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BA/BS degree in Design or related fields.
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle.
• Experience in user experience design or related industry experience.
