Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Director to lead and orchestrate the development and execution of end-to-end marketing programs tailored to our target personas.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a cohesive, end-to-end strategy targeting key personas.
  • Direct multi-million-dollar budget to optimize resources for strategy and performance.
  • Own program lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the central leader, aligning stakeholders across various marketing functions.
  • Set and monitor program KPIs, leveraging data for informed decisions.
  • Partner with Content Strategy and Creative Director leads for quality messaging.
  • Drive accountability for performance metrics across all participating teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to scale programs across business units.
  • Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across diverse teams.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and insights.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven success in designing and executing multi-channel, persona-driven programs.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis.
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making.
  • Curiosity for AI & Innovation, with a passion for learning and experimentation.
