Overview

The Director of Release Management will oversee the release management and deployment activities, defining and enforcing best practices for software releases while working closely with various departments to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and products.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, project management, and ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow products.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
