Overview

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing HNW/VIP Personal Lines Accounts, educating clients about insurance needs, and assisting with coverage changes, while also supporting the Regional Team Lead.

Requirements

• TX P&C License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years as personal lines account manager
• Experience with High Net Worth carriers
• Proficient in EPIC preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret policy change requests
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to delegate work efficiently
