Account Manager, Personal Insurance - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager, Personal Insurance is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while managing personal insurance products and maintaining strong relationships with producers and carriers.

In Short

• Market new and renewal business
• Assist in the sales process of personal insurance products
• Maintain underwriting and marketing information
• Process requests for service from clients and producers
• Conduct annual coverage surveys
• Review new business and renewals
• Maintain client activity information
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Maintain effective communication with producers
• Participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Resident Property and Casualty Agent’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of personal insurance experience
• Preferred designations: AAI, CIC, CPCU, CISR
• Ability to work on-site in Bertrand, NE at least two days a week
• Knowledge of personal lines products
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Regular attendance required
