Account Manager - UK Insurance - Remote

Overview

As an Account Manager in a well-funded Series A stage start-up, you will be key to reaching our growth potential for years to come. You will be an integral part of Reserv’s approach to client service, working closely with our claims, operations, analytics and technology teams to drive positive customer engagement and identify opportunities to win business.

In Short

• Work as a primary UK Account Executive.
• Support onboarding of new customers.
• Prepare data-driven reports for clients.
• Serve as the main liaison between Reserv and customers.
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction through relationship management.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs from prospective clients.
• Provide insights for continual improvement.
• Influence culture and processes of the Account Executive team.
• Encourage creativity and innovative thinking.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in the UK insurance industry.
• 5+ years in an Account Executive function or claims team.
• Degree and/or ACII qualification.
• Ability to manage relationships with high-value customers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for claims or insurance.
