Overview

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who is familiar with handling new business as well as remarketing renewals.

In Short

  • Support management in all aspects of agency operations.
  • Familiar with agency errors and omissions (E&O) guidelines.
  • Maintain all client activity in the agency automation system (AMS360).
  • Meet with carrier and broker representatives when needed.
  • Service new business and remarket quoting according to agency timelines.
  • Understand the rating and navigation of various carrier websites.
  • Keep a pulse on changes in the marketplace.
  • Assist producers by preparing for prospect meetings.
  • Manage the Intranet and update agency staff on underwriting changes.
  • Participate in seminars and classes for position/skill development.

Requirements

  • Maintain insurance license and certifications (CIC, CISR, ACRM, or CRIS).
  • 5-7 Years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiar with AMS360.
  • In-depth knowledge of coverage and carrier appetites.
