Overview

The HR Director will be working closely with the Global CRO and CMO to implement the overall people strategy.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR.
• Experience partnering with sales organizations.
• Experience within global HR organizations.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage change effectively.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
