In Short

• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales goals
• Manages, develops, coaches, controls, and motivates the Veteran Coaches to develop their skills
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
• Plans to ensure achievements of team and individual goals
• Ensures goals are delivered through people management and performance reviews
• Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the coaching team
• Provides virtual support for coaches as they generate leads
• Meets with clients to discuss their evolving needs
• Develops and implements new sales initiatives and strategies
• Maintains data relative to KPI, accounts, and activities

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Salesforce
• Deep understanding of CRM systems
• Proven experience building relationships and coaching teams
