Senior Technical Program Manager, Operations, Teleop and Remote Ops

The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

In Short

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of complex technical projects.
• Coordinate efforts across product, programs, operations, hardware, and software teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Gather requirements and communicate project status updates effectively.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline workflows.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Create detailed project documentation and status reports.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and engineers.

Requirements

• BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
• Strong technical knowledge of autonomous systems.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Experience building relationships across functions and departments.
• Ability to provide clear and concise communications.
