• Own and evolve engineering operations infrastructure.
• Design and operate the on-call framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading incident responses.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience building dashboards and tracking systems.
• Exceptional communication skills with technical stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience in rapid-growth environments.
