Overview

As a Senior Business Program Manager within 1Password’s Engineering Operations (EngOps) team, you will shape the impact, culture, and health of our growing Technology organization, directly influencing how efficiently and effectively we deliver our product and infrastructure, and continuously advance our security posture.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of software organizations.
• Ability to tackle complex challenges and drive solutions.
• Track record of managing projects of increasing complexity.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Curiosity about AI and its applications.
• Experience with Notion and/or JIRA is a plus.
