Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers’ inquiries, providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiently bilingual in spoken and written English/French.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
  • Experience in a contact center is an asset.
  • Calm and empathic approach to customer interactions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Five9, Verint, and Salesforce is an asset.
