Overview

The Senior Manager - Commercial Training will design and deliver impactful sales and commercial training programs that build a high-performing team. This role partners with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives, develops onboarding and leadership programs, and ensures all content is current and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or scientific discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales, sales management, or sales training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with distance-learning technologies.
  • Experience in Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
  • Strong selling skills and advanced negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.
  • Expertise in curriculum and training design.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in vendor management.
