Overview

The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth and vaccine orders in their territory through strategic territory management and strong relationship building with general practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Adapt sales strategies to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Utilize market knowledge and stakeholder feedback for sales strategy refinement.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, and Sales Control.
  • Represent the company at national congresses and events.
  • Use CRM functionalities for optimized customer interactions.
  • Support planning and execution of local events and training.
  • Utilize digital tools for effective communication of core messages.

Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or medical field or recognized certification as per AMG §75.
  • Relevant field experience, especially with general practitioners, nurses, and pharmacies.
  • Knowledge of vaccines is a significant plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Digital affinity and data-driven approach to customer interaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Ysura, Salesforce).
  • Fluent in German and preferably English.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
  • Participation in events and congresses is required.
