Overview

SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Professional Services Consultant (SIEM) to lead post-sales engagements focused on AI-powered SIEM products, contributing to customer success and adoption.

In Short

• Deliver implementation and advisory services for SentinelOne AI SIEM.
• Consult with customers to build collaborative architecture and project plans.
• Possess understanding of FedRAMP for solution delivery.
• Guide customers on security best practices and product usage.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Partners.
• Continuously improve methodologies for customer experience.
• Contribute to internal best practices and documentation.
• Manage customer expectations for high satisfaction.
• Travel to visit customers occasionally (up to 25%).
• Work in a detail-oriented, analytical environment.

Requirements

• Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Professional Services Engineer or related roles.
• Project management skills for coordinating resources.
• Strong background with SIEM and big data platforms.
• Exposure to SOAR platforms and coding proficiency desired.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
