• Serve as a coach and partner to people managers, providing formal and informal coaching and offering guidance on team development.
• Support org design initiatives, including role creation and career pathing.
• Conduct stay and exit interviews to surface insights and identify trends.
• Provide insights and action plans to improve team engagement and retention.
• Design and facilitate people manager meetings focused on capability building.
• Define and track goals for new hires and existing employees.
• Act as a confidential sounding board for employees and managers.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including reviews and promotions.
• Manage employee relations matters such as grievances and conflict resolution.
• Own involuntary exit processes, including documentation and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an HRBP, People Partner, or People Operations Manager role.
• Excellent coaching skills across all levels.
• Strong judgment and experience navigating sensitive employee matters.
• Deep knowledge of performance management and employment law.
• Proficiency with HR systems and tools.
