Sentara Health is looking for an IT Specialist - Pharmacy to join our team! The IT Specialist- Pharmacy serves as a liaison between the pharmacy department and the IT team to ensure the effective implementation, optimization, and support of pharmacy-related technologies.

In Short

• Analyze pharmacy workflows and optimize systems.

• Familiarity with Epic upgrade cycles and testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Level Degree in Pharmacy.
• Pharmacist License (RPh) required in Virginia.
• Proficiency in SQL for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with HL7 standards and system integration.
• Hands-on experience in Epic Willow Build.
• Ability to analyze and optimize pharmacy workflows.
• Familiarity with validation and testing processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
