The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist optimizes patient care by promoting safe and effective drug therapy, conducting monitoring and reviews, and educating healthcare staff.

Requirements

• Minimum Pharmacy Residency (PGY1) or 4 years of clinical experience.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in PA.
• Preferred PGY2-Residency.
