• Lead Ready1 onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Design and facilitate scenario-driven tabletop exercises.
• Assess client playbooks against industry best practices.
• Conduct holistic resilience assessments covering governance, people, process, and technology.
• Deliver ongoing platform and user management.
• Provide roadmap recommendations to improve cyber crisis readiness.
• Support client crisis teams with ongoing playbook maintenance.
• Act as an embedded extension of client teams.
• Deliver after-action reports with findings and recommendations.
• Enhance or co-develop playbooks ensuring clarity and readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years in cybersecurity consulting, crisis management, or professional services.
• Proven experience delivering crisis management workshops.
• Strong facilitation skills with executive presence.
• Deep familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-61, ISO 22301.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Project management experience driving multi-phase client engagements.
• Ability to balance technical delivery with strategic advisory.
