In Short

• Bilingual Solutions Architect needed for a technical delivery team.
• Lead technical aspects of production deployments in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and DNS issues.
• Provide post-deployment technical support for customers.
• Document and convey technical requirements to customers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products and emerging trends.
• 6+ years of experience in Active Directory required.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and cloud technologies.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required for customer interaction.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in Active Directory.
• 3 years of experience in Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Proven customer-facing orientation.
• Experience with identity management solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern authentication protocols.
