Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.

In Short

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Support the business in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring activities.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external counsel.
• Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s Degree (LLM) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or top-tier law firm.
• Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
