Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
• Proven expertise in SQL for data manipulation.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R).
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
