Overview

As a Growth Analyst at Cabify, you will help improve urban mobility by understanding user needs and optimizing acquisition strategies.

In Short

• Understand user audience qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Analyze LTV of user acquisition channels versus costs.
• Execute and optimize budget for loyalty strategies and incentive campaigns.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure campaign success.
• Implement initiatives to reduce churn and reactivate users.

Requirements

• Background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, growth strategy, data, operations, or consulting.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
