Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in motion graphics design.
• 3+ years of success creating A/B test variations.
• Proven expertise in motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles.
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
• Track record of using data to guide creative decisions.
