Associate Accountant - Remote

In Short

• Process accounts payable, cash receipts, and expense reports
• Communicate regularly with operations team, customers and vendors
• Process incoming payments by check and EFT
• Assist with preparation for annual audits
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and procedures
• Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices
• Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Understanding of GL structure and accounting control requirements
• Willingness to follow process without exceptions in a highly confidential manner
• Attention to detail and exceptional time management
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (added bonus)
• Prior experience processing AR/AP (added bonus)
• Knowledge of Netsuite (added bonus)
• Knowledge of Coupa (added bonus)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (added bonus)
