• Manage inbound calls from users and provide personalized consultation on electricity, gas, or internet rates and promotions.
• Achieve sales goals through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Assist clients with bureaucratic procedures with precision and professionalism.
• Direct employment contract with the company (CCNL Commercio) for a fixed term with the possibility of renewal.
• Part-time schedule of 27 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 2 weekends per month.
• Monthly gross salary of €800 plus up to €800 in bonuses based on sales.
• Paid training and ongoing support provided.
• Welcoming offices located in central Rome, in the Coppedè district (near Policlinico metro).
• Opportunity to work a few days remotely after an initial period.
