Business Developer - Greek Market - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Business Developer (Greek Market) to join our team! Under the direct supervision of Selectra's cofounders, your mission will be to start Selectra’s business in Greece and quickly reach profitability.

In Short

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Create Selectra’s Greek website and reach 10K daily visitors within 8 months.
• Partnership management: Sign distribution agreements with competitive energy providers.
• Search Engine Advertising (SEA): Launch a profitable Google Ads campaign within 3 months.
• Establish sales standards and hire sales agents in Greece.
• Reach profitability for Selectra Greece within 6 months.
• Demonstrated high performance in education.
• Native Greek speaker with good command of English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Versatile profile with skills in writing, communication, and management.
• Initial training in Madrid or Barcelona for 1-2 months.
• Contract type: 2 months Spanish contract initially, then permanent Greek contract.

Requirements

• Strong academic background.
• Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of French or Spanish is advantageous.
• Ability to manage partnerships and advertising campaigns.
• Experience in sales and business development.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
