Associate Legal Counsel (Commercial) - Remote

Overview

Sei Labs is seeking a motivated Associate Counsel (Commercial & Corporate) to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 2-4 years of experience who is eager to expand their skills in commercial contracting, corporate governance, and cross-functional legal support.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Develop and maintain standard SLAs, templates, and playbooks.
• Support entity management and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with business teams to address legal issues.
• Partner with senior lawyers on complex matters.
• Contribute to the development of scalable legal processes.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2–4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Exposure to corporate governance preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
