Overview

As a Software Engineer in the Platform team, you’ll work on growing and maintaining PartsOS, our core data platform, and its integrations with other systems. If you’ve got a knack for solving tough challenges with elegant, scalable solutions, we want to hear from you!

In Short

• Build and maintain backend services using Python (Django).
• Develop and document RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend.
• Implement and maintain algorithms for data planning and optimization.
• Develop and refine ETL pipelines for efficient data handling.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline for smooth deployments.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for reliability.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team.
• Work eligibility in Europe is required.
• Experience with the modern data stack is a plus.
• Fluency in English, German is a bonus.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipping production code and building scalable software.
• Expertise in building REST APIs and working with databases.
• Experience with ETL pipeline development and data cleaning techniques.
• Skilled in designing algorithms for data science applications.
• Experience in CI/CD environments for reliable deployments.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Located in Europe with necessary work authorizations.
