Overview

As a Remote Housing Support Specialist at Sedgwick, you will be the primary contact for policyholders during their temporary housing stay, ensuring exceptional service and coordination of all housing-related processes.

In Short

  • Serve as the central liaison for housing support inquiries.
  • Coordinate communications between adjusters and policyholders.
  • Manage service requests and product replacements.
  • Maintain accurate client ledgers for billing and invoicing.
  • Oversee the move-out process and lease extensions.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to property damage.
  • Proactively identify and resolve urgent matters.
  • Strong focus on customer service and communication.
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Support the organization's quality programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience in insurance, hospitality, or housing support preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of new systems.
  • Strong math and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
