Overview

The Senior Director of Data Science is a leadership role responsible for developing and the ongoing operation of the company's tools, technologies, and technical solutions leveraging data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and other algorithms. This role includes defining the roadmap for the team and partnering with Product and Engineering to materialize those initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Statistics.
• 3+ years of management experience leading data science teams.
• Experience in cybersecurity or a related industry.
• Strong quantitative modeling skills and experience with machine learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and AWS.
• Experience with data science applications and ML Ops.
