Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer in the SouthEast region to join our growing global team at Sectigo. This role involves taking ownership as the technical prime to articulate the technical value and fit for our customers and prospects.

In Short

  • Assist mid-market and enterprise sales teams with customer management.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demos tailored to the audience.
  • Provide Proof of Concept service to customers/prospects.
  • Train new/existing channel partners and respond to technical inquiries.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
  • Assist with sales proposals and RFPs/RFIs.
  • Contribute to the SE Readiness Program.
  • Willing to travel regionally for customer-facing activities.
  • Channel feature requests to Product Management.
  • Participate in alliance projects and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of industry experience, with 1-2 years in a pre-sales environment.
  • Sales Engineering and/or professional services experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft software, Linux platforms, and Public Key Infrastructure.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS) is an asset.
  • Ability to travel more than 35% of the time.
