Senior Data Scientist - Remote

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join SeatGeek’s Demand Analytics team, focusing on measurement and optimization of marketing channel performances.

In Short

• Develop, validate and maintain machine learning models that support business strategies and decisions.
• Design experiments or use causal inference methods to measure channel incrementality or campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct data analysis to generate insights and recommendations.
• Monitor key metrics and provide feedback to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Analytics Engineering team to build data models.
• Contribute to the Demand Analytics function and data community.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science or a related field.
• Degree in economics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods for analysis.
• Expertise in Python (or R) and SQL.
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
