In Short

• Planning, shooting, and editing video content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram & TikTok
• Development of idea formats and creative video series – from concept to finished clip
• Research on current trends, formats, and topics in online marketing, e-commerce, and Google Ads
• Creation of thumbnails that lead to clicks
• Close collaboration with the founder and our content team to creatively showcase our position as a leading Google Ads agency
• Participation in strategic content planning and topic development

Requirements

• You are studying something creative – e.g., media production, communication design, film, marketing, etc.
• Sense of relevance, aesthetics, and timing
• Enjoy making brands visible in motion
• You have initial practical experience with camera, lighting, sound & editing (whether university project, TikTok, or YouTube)
• You can empathize with brands, topics, and target groups – and bring a sense of stories and imagery
• You work independently, are curious, motivated, and open to feedback
• You are interested in entrepreneurial thinking, growth, and real impact
