The Videographer & Content Creator is responsible for capturing the unique culture of eXp Realty and producing high-quality content that supports the company's growth and brand presence.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end video production including planning, filming, and editing.
• Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to align messaging for video projects.
• Travel across the UK to film real-time video content.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing for video distribution and scheduling.
• Stay updated with video trends and best practices.
• Maintain and manage camera gear and equipment.
• Build trust and comfort with agents on camera.
• Contribute creative ideas for video storytelling.
• Ensure high-quality production standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Strong storytelling mindset and agility in shooting various environments.
• Excellent people skills to make agents comfortable on camera.
• Brand awareness to reflect eXp UK's culture visually.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
