Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in account management, ideally in an agency, consulting, or tech environment
• Experience with performance marketing projects (ideally with a focus on paid ads or e-commerce)
• Proven successes in expanding and developing existing clients
• Strong sense for business potential and customer communication
• Winner mindset with the intrinsic goal of not just meeting but exceeding ambitious targets
• Structure, responsibility, and a high degree of commitment
