We are a rapidly growing E-Commerce agency focused on Google Ads for online shops, seeking talented and motivated SEA Managers & Google Ads Managers for our Performance Marketing Team.

In Short

• Translate client goals into effective performance campaigns primarily in Google Ads and Shopping.
• Optimize and expand existing Google Ads accounts and campaigns.
• Automated reporting through Google Looker Studio.
• Prepare for and participate in important strategy discussions.
• Utilize the latest Google Ads solutions, technologies, and scripts.
• Conduct systematic A/B tests to analyze performance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of practical experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Comfortable with complex issues.
• Results-oriented with a focus on KPIs such as ROI and ROAS.
• Creative for innovative campaign ideas.
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Hard skills: Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant, Spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of advanced tracking and feed tools is a plus.
• Passionate about online and Google marketing.
