Overview

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Founders and leadership team to optimize business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of growth plans in a fully remote role based in Colombia.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with EOS and experience in scaling businesses.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset focused on execution and improvement.
