Growth Marketing Manager - Remote

SEARADAR is a technological yacht rental service with a personalized approach to each client. We are growing in the international market and want more people to discover the world under sail. We are looking for a strategically minded professional to help us scale customer acquisition into new markets and significantly grow key metrics.

In Short

• Develop and implement a strategy for acquiring new leads
• Manage and optimize acquisition channels (paid advertising, SEO, partnerships, marketplaces)
• Optimize the conversion funnel to increase the quantity and quality of leads
• Test and scale new approaches and acquisition channels, manage the marketing budget
• Analyze channel and campaign effectiveness: strategy adjustment, customer segmentation
• Collaborate with other departments: analytics, design, sales, development
• Participate in the development of creatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, content marketing)
• Deep understanding of metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPC, ROAS, conversions
• Experience in setting up and analyzing acquisition funnels
• Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to run A/B tests and optimize landing pages
• Skills in working with CRM and marketing automation systems
• Experience managing marketing budgets and planning results
• Ability to work with targeted advertising and retargeting
• Willingness to test new hypotheses and adapt quickly
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher

• Knowledge of the European market (especially EU, UK)
