Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Growth & Community Manager to help scale our brand visibility and lead generation efforts by amplifying strong organic content through strategic paid campaigns and managing audience engagement.

In Short

• Plan, build, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google.
• Boost top-performing organic content to expand reach and engagement.
• Manage $3,000-$5,000/month ad spend with ROI accountability.
• Retarget warm audiences and build lookalike segments.
• Develop ad creative variations with strong hooks, headlines, and CTAs.
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs; initiate ManyChat automations.
• Qualify leads and manage follow-ups via GoHighLevel workflows.
• Track and report on key metrics weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with the Content Operations Manager on campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta, Google, and/or YouTube Ads.
• Proven success achieving positive ROAS and generating high-quality leads.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation and ad funnel strategy.
• Strong copywriting instincts for compelling hooks and CTAs.
• Hands-on experience with ManyChat and lead funnels.
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems.
• Highly analytical and proactive.
• Must work U.S. hours and communicate fluently in English.
