As a Community & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing and engaging our global community of job seekers, raising awareness of Jobgether worldwide through various channels.

• Implement and execute the go-to-market strategy for community growth
• Expand Jobgether’s presence across Reddit, LinkedIn, X, and other channels
• Design and run content marketing campaigns to attract job seekers globally
• Activate and engage existing users through various engagement strategies
• Explore and test growth hacking tactics to drive visibility and adoption

Requirements

• Experience in community management or growth marketing
