Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Seamless, you will be responsible for the retention and expansion of Seamless AI’s accounts in our mid-size business segment.

In Short

  • Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the renewal process including contract negotiations.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer investment in products.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify account expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to monitor satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Stay updated on product developments to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Employ a proactive approach to ensure customer health.
  • Identify at-risk customers and coordinate efforts to eliminate risk.
  • Escalate issues to drive timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Salesforce and Gainsight experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
